1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
• Listing and order information: website details submitted by Publishers; order details, content, and messages exchanged between Advertisers and Publishers.
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. Adsparkflow does not receive or store your full card number.
• Usage data: basic technical logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) collected by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

2. How we use information

We use your information to operate the marketplace: creating and authenticating accounts, processing orders and payments, facilitating messages between Advertisers and Publishers, and resolving disputes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-party services

We rely on the following processors to operate Adsparkflow: Stripe for payments and payouts, Neon for database hosting, and Vercel for application hosting. Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

4. Data retention

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Note that we may need to retain certain records (e.g. completed order and payment history) for legal and accounting purposes even after a deletion request.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
