These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Adsparkflow ("Adsparkflow," "we," "us"), a marketplace connecting website owners ("Publishers") with buyers of guest post and link placements ("Advertisers"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity on your account. Adsparkflow may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

2. How the marketplace works

Publishers list websites with self-reported metrics (domain authority, traffic, pricing, etc.). Adsparkflow reviews listings before they appear publicly but does not independently verify every metric — Advertisers should exercise their own judgment before ordering.

When an Advertiser places an order, payment is held in escrow by Adsparkflow until the Publisher delivers the agreed placement and the Advertiser confirms completion (or a dispute is resolved). Adsparkflow deducts a commission from each completed order before releasing the remaining balance to the Publisher.

3. Content and placements

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content and links they submit. Publishers are responsible for honoring the terms of each order (turnaround time, link type, placement) and may decline content that violates their own editorial policies, subject to Adsparkflow's dispute process.

4. Fees and payments

Adsparkflow charges a commission on each completed order, disclosed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; Adsparkflow does not store your card details. Payouts to Publishers are made to the payout account they connect.

5. Disputes

Either party may open a dispute before an order is completed if the placement was not delivered as agreed. Adsparkflow will review the order details and messages and may release the escrowed funds to the Publisher or refund the Advertiser, at its reasonable discretion.

6. Prohibited activity

You may not use Adsparkflow to place or accept orders for illegal content, malware, deceptive schemes, or content that infringes third-party rights. Adsparkflow may remove listings, cancel orders, and terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Adsparkflow is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of Publisher-reported metrics, search engine outcomes, or the availability of the service at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adsparkflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Adsparkflow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
